THE PROCESS STEP-BY-STEP
Your luxurious portrait experience is comprised of four parts: Pre-Photoshoot, The Photoshoot, Post-Photoshoot and Portrait Artwork. Below are all steps explained and the personal service you'll receive at each stage of the journey.
Pre-Shoot
The Shoot
1. Discovery Call
Every photoshoot is tailored, Cindy begins with a no-obligation discovery call with you to find out about the type of portrait you’re after and answer any of your questions.
2. Free In-Person Consultation
After the discovery call you’ll meet at our HQ in Paddington where Cindy takes you through the 12 Archetypes, the photoshoot experience, the process and pricing. After this consult you'll receive a quote, and if you wish to proceed a 50% deposit confirms your place in our photoshoot schedule. Allow 1 hour.

3. Pre-Photoshoot Meeting
Based on the 12 Archetypes that interest you the most, Cindy will prepare mood boards showing hair, make-up and wardrobe ideas designed specifically for you, to make sure we’re on the same page. A few days before the shoot you’ll have one last meeting via zoom or in person, that includes a wardrobe fitting (if required), and we can make any final tweaks before the shoot. Allow 1 hour.
The Shoot
4. The Photoshoot
The studio is reserved just for you and the atmosphere is designed with your pleasure in mind; beautiful food and drinks, your favourite playlist, scented candles, fresh flowers and plenty of time to enjoy the entire process. You will be pampered and made up by top hair and make-up artists, and our wardrobe stylist will work to the looks we have chosen together pre-photoshoot. Our team are 100% here for you, we’ll guide and support you throughout the day, making you feel comfortable, and most importantly, have a fun day you'll never want to forget! Allow 2-6 hours depending on package.

Post-Shoot
5. Portrait Presentation
A couple of weeks after the shoot we'll get you back to our HQ for a private screening in the cinema room where you can relax with a glass of champagne and choose your favourite images.
We will also present you with all of the beautiful print options available to turn your portraits into art you can cherish forever.
PRICING
We tailor each photoshoot to your individual needs, therefore we don't offer a set price for all.
All portrait experiences include hair, makeup, styling, refreshments, mood board, pre-production meeting, and in person presentation. Portrait sessions start at AU$950 and go up from there, depending on your ideas and budget. After your free discovery call and in-person consultation, we'll put together a quote for your specific photoshoot.

Art money empowers people to buy the art they love, supporting artists, galleries and a sustainable creative economy. You can use this service to buy a portrait session, portrait artwork, or both session and artwork.
The 12 Archetypes
To help you decide on a type of portrait or portrait story, we’ve developed 12 styles based on 12 feminine archetypes. Are you The Purist, The Huntress, or The Wanderer? You may find yourself completely drawn to one or a combination of two or three. Together we'll discuss the archetypes that most inspire you and the story you'd like to tell.
